I have been crazily, wonderfully busy these last few months! You might have heard that I was writing a novel—well, I finished a frenzy of edits on that and sent my manuscript off to beta readers just in time to dive into NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month). I finished my 50,000 words a few days ahead of time, and dove back into more edits. Nothing went quite the way I planned, and everything turned out just the way it should. Hey, it's summer! Duh, right? The calendar says so, but where I live it took a long time coming, but once it decided to do it's thing, it's doin' it right. (Warmly. Very warmly...)
